What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: name, email, company, budget, duration and your message. I also receive your IP address, which is used for spam protection. This site uses no analytics, tracking cookies or third-party scripts.

Why and on what basis

I use your details only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long I keep it

If no engagement follows, I delete enquiries within 12 months. Rate-limit records (hashed IP addresses) are deleted after one hour.

Who else sees it

Only my hosting and email provider, which processes the data on my behalf. I never sell or share your details.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing me. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
